Creative Site is a digital marketing agency that helps businesses grow through SEO, social media, and paid advertising. We’re looking for a Part-Time Digital Marketing Executive (Paid Ads) to manage ad campaigns across multiple platforms. This role is perfect for someone who wants flexibility while gaining hands-on experience with real client projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage paid ads campaigns on Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads
  • Build and optimize audience targeting strategies.
  • Create effective ad copy, headlines, and CTAs (with support from designers for visuals/videos).
  • Set up and monitor tracking & pixels to measure conversions.
  • Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, bid adjustments, and performance analysis.
  • Provide clear reports on campaign performance and ROI.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Advertising/Business OR relevant experience.
  • Experience running ads on at least one platform (FB/IG/Google/TikTok). Fresh grads who are fast learners are welcome.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing funnels and data analysis.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Bonus: Certifications (Google Ads / Meta Blueprint).
  • Malaysian only
