  • Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, strategies, and materials developed by Creative Site remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Clients retain ownership of their own brand assets, trademarks, and provided content.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We make no guarantees of specific results (e.g., #1 Google ranking or sales increase) as performance may depend on external factors beyond our control.
  • Creative Site shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business information, strategies, and data shared during the course of our engagement.

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice, subject to terms outlined in the service contract.
  • Any outstanding fees up to the termination date must be settled.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved under Malaysian jurisdiction.
